You may return any products ordered on www.VeseyExclusive.com website for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery excluding delivery charges.
All returned products must be in their unused original condition. Incomplete, damaged, worn, or altered returns or anything Vesey reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. Please contact our service team via email to request a return/exchange. You will need to return the product at your own cost using a registered and insured method of delivery where proof of return date can be provided. Where you have paid any duties or taxes directly to the relevant authorities on the importation of the product you wish to return. Vesey shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund of such duties or taxes from the authorities or whether or not such a refund is possible.
On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-14 working days. Please retain your proof of shipping until you have received your refund.
Please note that you will not be entitled to return personalized or monogrammed products unless they are proven faulty. For the avoidance of doubt, the term personalized includes any item specifically made for you and includes custom, made-to-order, or any alterations made for you to a stock product specifically ordered by you or items part paid for.
This does not affect your statutory rights. All product is carefully inspected prior to shipping. You must notify Contact@VeseyExclusive.com within 1 working day of receipt of product damaged in transit quoting your order number and tracking number.

Because 100% of the profits go to charity, all sales on promotional items that benefit charity are final sales. We would be happy to make adjustments of purchased items as needed to meet your expectations where possible.
We can provide only a credit, not a refund, within 14 days of receipt of your package, if the item is in the original condition.
Clothing that does not fit properly but fits the specifications you ordered can be altered or exchanged. As our clothing is made from the finest materials, we want to make sure you are satisfied with your order.

Vesey offers worldwide shipping for all our products. The estimated delivery time and shipping fees vary by country.
We aim to ship all in stock orders within 48 hours from the point of purchase. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination or customs clearance processes.
For custom orders and made-to-measure options, please note Vesey's standard delivery does not apply. These products will be shipped in 4-8 weeks from date of order.
